The most recent issue of the Washington Law Review features scholarship from last year’s Three Degrees Conference (Volume 85, Issue 2). The issue features writing on climate change and human rights by Three Degrees Conference scholars Randall AbateDeepa Badrinarayana, and Amy Sinden. Professor Greg Hicks, Jeni, and Jen wrote the introduction.

We are grateful to the editors of the Washington Law Review for the journal’s commitment to publishing relevant scholarship on climate justice, to the writers featured in the book, and to all of our Three Degrees friends, whose scholarship—while not featured here—is as equally important to the emergence of a competent and equitable legal and policy response to the impacts of climate change to human rights.
